The Ibanez GRG250DX is a rugged GIO RG series electric guitar model introduced in 2009. Features include a basswood body, Edge III tremolo, Ibanez made Powersound pickups and various red accents including body binding, pickguard and inlays. It is one of the more deluxe GIO models. It plays really good regardless of what style you play.

In 2011, a similar model is issued as the GRG150DXB featuring mainly yellow accents.
